    As a Marketing Partner at YATOO Ocean, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans for our products in Sweden. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to drive product awareness, generate demand, and contribute to the overall success of our products in the market. You will get a deserved share of the profit for your achievement at an agreed ratio case-by-case from the product sales and project development you lead. Our work style is flexible, and you will be empowered as our ambassador in the appointed region to manage your schedule and tasks as per your intention and ambition. The job location will be ideally based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö. We aim to figure out one partner for each region. You can be an individual or an entity. The ideal candidate is a creative and versatile marketer with a proven track record in product marketing and a passion for clean energy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Delve into the features of the company's products and project development scope as well as the company's strategy for clean energy deployment in Sweden.
    • Exploit the customers in your appointed region and harvest the orders in product sales and project development.
    • Track the whole sales process from order issuance, payment, shipment, and after-sale support.
    • Along with the YATOO Ocean team, support the engagement with communities and stakeholders throughout all stages of the project development process - from project initiation to construction and operation.
    • Maintain and improve the reputation and brand of the company.

    The main work tasks:

    • Exploit the market potential in the appointed territory and develop a marketing strategy fitting both yourself and the local customers under the framework of the company.
    • Build and maintain relationships with your local clients and provide due support to them.
    • Identify and develop clean energy-related projects in your appointed region.
    • Promote product sales as per your established marketing strategy.
    • Participate in market activities and events on behalf of YATOO Ocean when necessary.
    • Manage external and internal communication, and act as a day-to-day media contact in appointed regions.

    Qualifications:

    • Have a basic knowledge and marketing experience in solar or similar industries.
    • Possess an extensive local social network and a good track record in career ethics and integrity.
    • Having working experience in diverse cultural environments is considered an advantage.
    • Knowledge of the solar industry is considered an advantage.
    • Fluency in English and Norwegian both oral and written is mandatory.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with various stakeholders and internal teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to work flexibly both independently and in a team.
    • Passionate in clean energy.
